ONLINE BILL PAY IS HERE!

As a FERKO member, you now have the option to pay bills online from your FERKO checking account.   If you would like to open a checking account, please stop by our office.  There is NO monthly fee with a FERKO checking account and you can also get a debit card.  We ask that you deposit $100 to get started and then always keep a minimum balance of $ 5.00.

ANNUAL MEETING INFORMATION:

FERKO’s annual meeting will be held on Thursday, April 23rd, 2026, at the Frederick High School cafeteria.  Check In is at 5:00pm. Food will be served at 5:30 pm and the meeting will start at 6:00 pm.  Door prizes will be awarded to a few lucky attendees.  Come join us for a fun and informative evening.

 FINANCIAL SPRING CLEANING

Now is a great time to start spring cleaning on your finances. Here are a few ideas to get you started.

  • Organize your documents/ Start a filing system
  • Cancel unused streaming services or apps.
  • Start a budget or update an existing budget.
  • Start an emergency fund (Send a little to FERKO each pay to get one started)
  • Check your credit reports for discrepancies (Request for free at AnnualCreditReport.com)

IS YOUR ACCOUNT DORMANT?

Check your FERKO account statement to make sure your account is in good standing.  You must make a deposit, withdrawal, or loan payment within the last 30 months (2 ½ years) to keep your account active.  We suggest that once a year you make a deposit or withdrawal.  Pick the same time each year, like your birthday or a specific holiday to make it easy to remember.

FUN FACT:
